Nature is at the heart of how we work. We use natural materials like stone and wood, warm tones, and simple, handmade pieces to help create spaces that are easy to be in and support what’s happening within them.

That thinking guided the design of our former deli, Zola’s. It wasn’t about making a statement, it was about making a space that worked. Somewhere for people to gather, talk, and enjoy good food.

We take the same approach to our food and the events we produce. Natural materials, thoughtful details, considered lighting, great music, a warm and happy team, we bring the NOCO spirit wherever we go. Spaces and moments that are inspired by nature, considered, grounded, and full of life.
